Great, Cost Effective, Convenient Hotel in a Quiet Neighborhood

I was hesitant to book this hotel since there is no "front desk" to interact with. I was pleasantly suprised. It was our first time to Paris and outside the U.S. so it was a big deal. They are plnety responsive via email and what's app. They serviced our room and had night security. The staff that was there were friendly and interacted with us as though we were family. We stayed 9 days and had plenty of tiem for something to go wrong...it never did. It was AWESOME! I liked that we had our own front door code and QR code to get into our room...We felt very safe being two women in a "foreign" country. They provide breakfast with the price of the hotel and it looked great. We would have eaten it had we not made other plans wit all the pastry and breakfast spots so close to the hotel. I have given several people on Facebook and text this hotels info. Thank you MAKOM Periere for the wonderful stay!

Very good location, close to public transportation, restaurants, and walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Nice, comfy room with all you need. Good service when you need to get fresh towels or refill of utensils. Downsides: little space to unpack or store your suitcase in the room. Thin walls - you hear the noises from neighboring rooms.

Great hotel, great personnel. I like our room, it has 2 levels, pretty big, enough space for comfort living, there is teapot and couple of tables, good latge cupboards, good bathroom with big bathtub. I would like to stay there once again next time.

A few things: There is no front desk; this is a self-serve hotel. Room access is facilitated through a QR code. I booked the basic room, which was quite small — there wasn't even enough space to lay down my luggage flat! The mattress was excessively soft, making it difficult to find a comfortable position as you tend to sink in. Despite the room size and mattress comfort, the location is excellent, with close proximity to various cafes and Metro Line 3.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, process of gaining access was ok, keep an eye out for their emails, as reception is not always manned. Very good value, nice restaurants close by and about 15 mnutes walk from the Arc de Triumphe
